Young Proteomics Investigators Club
The Young Proteomics Investigators Club (YPIC) was initiated by the European Proteomics Association (EuPA) to favour the networking of young European scientists in proteomics. During the 10th Annual EuPA Congress, representatives of YPIC held a meeting in order to launch the creation of the Club.
As YPIC we are primarily aiming to represent the extra-scientific aspects of being a young researcher. Throughout the year we organise career, mentoring, “Meet-the-Expert”, and proteomics intro sessions, as well as webinars, and challenges. Help us to identify topics and events of interest to you by filling out this survey!
We are an inclusive organization of students and early career researchers (max. 7 years since MSc or PhD was finished) aiming to make our content and events easily accessible for all! Where possible, previous content can be accessed on our dedicated YouTube channel.
For those who want to actively participate in our quest of helping the ECR community: Join us as a core-member (just send us an email: ypic@eupa.org)! We are meeting online every two weeks. Help and new ideas are always appreciated.
You want to know more about us as individuals? All current and former core members are listed here.
Make sure to also sign up with your local national society.
