Towards Social Proteomics

Development and maintenance of Initiatives, possessing a flavor of social science perspectives on proteomics. May modern social technologies solve practical problems of large-scale protein/trans-omics science?

PME11- Phosphoproteomics

Objectives:

To allow each laboratory to assess its ability and improve their protocols for phosphopeptide analysis.

The study should allow for:

  • Evaluating the performance and reproducibility of phosphopeptide enrichment procedures.
  • Testing the usefulness of phosphopeptide mixture standard to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot phosphopeptide analysis methods.

Proposed calendar for the study:

 

Distribution of the samples: first two weeks of March 2016.
Deadline for results submission:  May 15
Presentation of results at EuPA Conference 21-25 June
